The Condensed Matter Engineering Lab combines advances in deep learning with electronic structure methods, molecular dynamics, and enhanced sampling to understand the dynamics and rare events dictating chemical transformations in the condensed phase. We are interested in everything from catalysis and surface science to environmental geochemistry, with a focus on accelerating our transition to a sustainable energy future.
